Return Policy for Minimist

1. Eligibility for Return:

  • We accept returns of unused products with a maximum of 2-5 sprays within 3 days of receipt. No questions asked.
  • The product must be in its original packaging and condition.

2. Damaged Items:

  • If the bottle is received damaged, do not open the package. Contact our customer service team immediately upon receipt to report the issue.
  • Our team will guide you through the process for returning the damaged item and arranging for a replacement or refund.

3. Return Process:

  • Step 1: Contact us at minimist.pk@gmail.com or on any of our socials, within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the return.
  • Step 2: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
  • Step 3: Ship the product back to us using the provided instructions. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refund:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be transferred to your original payment method or specified account within 7 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that have been used more than 5 sprays.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
